Responsibilities

1. Responsible for equity investment, capital operation, investment project analysis and market analysis of the company and its affiliated enterprises.

2. Equity investment: responsible for the development of equity investment projects of the company and its affiliated enterprises, and the establishment of investment project library; responsible for organizing the preliminary inspection, demonstration, due diligence and preliminary evaluation of investment cooperation projects; responsible for drafting the letter of intent, agreement and other relevant documents of investment projects. Collect, sort out, analyze and analyze the policies, trends and trends related to the business development of the company and its affiliated enterprises; track and study the capital market, analyze the market trends of capital market development investment projects, and make basic preparations for the exit of investment projects.

3. Capital operation: responsible for the investment capital operation, foreign cooperation, liaison and negotiation of the company and its affiliated enterprises; responsible for the standardization, incubation and guidance of the listing behavior of the company's enterprises and investment projects.

4. Investment project analysis: regularly analyze the investment business, be responsible for the business performance evaluation and management of the company's and its affiliated enterprises' investment projects, and timely track, analyze, investigate and deal with major problems in the business process.

5. Responsible for the tasks assigned by the company's leaders.

Job Requirements

1.35 years old and below, master's degree or above, management, economics and other related majors, especially excellent can be appropriately relaxed conditions;

2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in industry research, policy research, etc., with working experience in aerospace field is preferred;

3. Familiar with major national decision-making arrangements and important development plans, understand relevant policies in the aerospace field, and be able to accurately grasp and interpret policy requirements;

4. Have strong written and oral expression ability, logical thinking ability, can independently complete the article writing, business report;

5. Have certain data analysis ability, can skillfully use all kinds of software for data statistical analysis.
