Responsibilities

1. According to the company's development strategy and supply chain finance business planning, formulate effective product and market development programs, and lead the team to complete the supply chain finance business performance indicators;

2. Responsible for the docking of business solutions of customers and partners and the overall internal and external coordination of the project to ensure the normal operation of the project;

3. Be responsible for formulating and implementing the marketing and business development strategies and plans of the industry customers in charge according to the requirements of the company's overall business development strategy;

4. Responsible for the design and optimization of the supply chain company's business model and profit model, responsible for the company's operating indicators and profit indicators;

5. Be responsible for following up the optimization and risk control of supply chain financial products, and actively explore the innovation of supply chain financial business model.

Job Requirements

1.45 years old and below, master's degree or above, economics, finance, finance, supply chain and other related majors are preferred, especially excellent ones can be appropriately relaxed;

2. Have more than 10 years of full-chain operation experience in supply chain finance, proficient in trade, procurement, marketing, transportation and other aspects of a certain industry, have a deep understanding of the development of this industry and have rich customer resources;

6. Proficient in all aspects of domestic and foreign trade, understand the characteristics of each port, and be able to skillfully manipulate domestic and foreign bulk trade is preferred;

7. Familiar with various supply chain financial business models (including trade, commercial paper, orders, letters of credit, credit models, factoring, short-and medium-term bills, etc.), with financial institution resources preferred;

8. Familiar with the design of various financing modes of supply chain finance, with successful investment cases, with provincial and municipal state-owned enterprise supply chain work background is preferred;

3. Have keen market insight and excellent innovation ability, have excellent logical thinking and communication and coordination ability, have strong product conception and design ability;

9. Strong communication and negotiation skills, strong ability to resist pressure.
