Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for drawing up the company's overall development strategic planning plan according to the company's internal resources and external environment, and study and draft the company's medium and long-term strategic plan;

2. Responsible for in-depth study of the group's business and industry development trends and business models, and have strong insight and risk awareness;

3. Responsible for special research on the company's development strategy and the company's competitive strategy, writing industry and special research reports, providing strategic analysis and suggestions;

4. Responsible for the systematic collation and analysis of the company's operation data from the perspective of strategic management, and provide decision support for the company's senior managers;

5. Responsible for promoting the implementation of the company's strategic plan in various functions and business sectors;

6. Responsible for the monitoring and management of the implementation process of strategic planning;

7. Responsible for the company's enterprise management, internal control management and corporate governance structure management;

8. Other tasks assigned by leaders.

Job Requirements

1.40 years old and below, master's degree or above, finance, investment, business management and other related majors, especially excellent can be appropriately relaxed;

2. At least 10 years of relevant working experience, at least 3 years of strategic management and enterprise management experience in state-owned enterprises and large listed enterprises, with working experience in the same position is preferred;

3. Have strong summary and analysis ability, systematic thinking ability, communication and coordination ability, writing ability, familiar with relevant national laws, regulations and policies;

4. Have good ideological and moral character and professional ethics.
