Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the company's financial financing, fund raising and management related work; familiar with all kinds of financing forms and processes, master the financing policies;

2. Responsible for the company's M & A business financial estimates, financial support and assistance in negotiations;

3. Financial analysis of the company's business operations, undertake comprehensive financial analysis, regularly prepare financial analysis reports, provide important special financial information;

4. Responsible for the preparation of the company's financial plan, according to the company's annual comprehensive business plan to prepare the company's financial income and expenditure plan and organize the implementation, analysis, forecast, inspection, assessment of the implementation of the financial plan; preparation of financial analysis reports (monthly, quarterly, annual);

5. Reasonably and scientifically manage the company's funds, draft fund management and accounting methods, and prepare fund revenue and expenditure plans; formulate corresponding measures according to the company's operating conditions and fund needs to ensure the company's operating needs in terms of funds; implement fund budget and final accounts, Approval system, accurate and timely payment; responsible for fund scheduling and capital operation;

6. Establish and improve the financial management system, formulate and improve the company's overall financial accounting management system. Responsible for the study of the financial management system, the development of the company's financial management methods and other financial management system;

7 Summary preparation and reporting of consolidated statements. Responsible for the preparation, review and summary reporting of the company's monthly financial statements; the preparation, review and summary reporting of the company's quarterly, semi-annual and annual consolidated statements, and other related work of the consolidated statements;

8 Annual financial budget and final accounts. Responsible for the preparation, review, summary and reporting of the company's annual budget, final accounts statements and reports; responsible for the filling and reporting of the Jiuqi software for reporting the annual budget and final accounts reports required by the Municipal SASAC;

9. Responsible for tax planning and tax declaration, ensure tax compliance with legal compliance, prevent tax risks, and assist in maintaining tax-enterprise relations.

Job Requirements

1.40 years old and below, master's degree, accounting, financial management and other related majors;

2. Have more than 8 years of financial management experience, more than 3 years of work experience in the same position, with a certified public accountant or special excellence can be appropriately relaxed;

3. Rich experience in financing, strong financing resources, familiar with M & A business, and successful M & A business experience;

4. Have working experience in the same position of large state-owned enterprises or listed enterprises in domestic first-tier cities, master the post skills of accounting, financial management and tax business process knowledge of state-owned enterprises, be familiar with national policies and rules and regulations in finance, and be familiar with the financial management process of state-owned enterprises;

5. Have strong organization and coordination ability, team cooperation consciousness, communication strain consciousness, can withstand strong working pressure.
