In order to solidly promote the activities of the sixth discipline education, study and publicity month, educate and guide party members and cadres to be disciplined and abide by the rules, and turn iron discipline into the daily habits and conscious compliance of party members and cadres, the discipline Inspection Commission of the Group has specially formulated ten typical cases of "explaining discipline by case" to guide the broad masses of party members and cadres to remain vigilant at all times and correctly perform their duties and powers. Typical case

1. The problem of Li Bing, the third-level police chief of the Political Security Brigade of the Public Security Bureau of Pingchang County, Bazhong City, Sichuan Province, postponed the operation of the "promotion banquet" in order to avoid supervision. In May 2021, the Pingchang County Public Security Bureau organized Li Bing to study the requirements of Party members and cadres to strictly prohibit illegal operation and participation in "entrance banquet", and reminded them to talk. However, Li Bing still held a "promotion banquet" for his women against the wind and violations of discipline. Even in order to evade supervision and inspection, he delayed the banquet to the National Day holiday in 2021 and received gifts from 33 management clients totaling 14400 yuan. At the same time, Li Bing also exists other disciplinary violations. In December 2021, Li Bing was severely warned by the party and the proceeds of violation of discipline were confiscated.

2. Zhao Qingyang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agriculture Bureau of Xixia County, Henan Province, and Huang Yan, Director of the Energy Office, illegally accepted banquets. On the morning of February 18, 2016, Zhao Qingyang and Huang Yan went to a farm in Zhuogou Village, Danshui Town to investigate the biogas project. At noon, the two accepted a banquet from the person in charge of the farm and drank liquor, which caused adverse effects in society. On February 25, 2016, Xixia County Commission for Discipline Inspection gave Zhao Qingyang a serious warning within the party and Huang Yan a warning within the party.

3. Wang Xiang, former president of Xiangpu Town Central Hospital in Zongyang County, Anhui Province, and others illegally accepted the invitation of management service objects. On the afternoon of March 31, 2016, Wang Xiang led Fang Jun, director of the office, to the county government service center to assist in the administrative examination and approval business such as the change of Xiangjin Village Health Room. After the event, Wang Xiang and Fang Jun illegally accepted food and entertainment activities arranged by village doctors in their jurisdiction, causing adverse social impact. Wang Xiang was punished by staying in the party for two years and removing the dean of the Xiangpu Town Central Health Center; Fang Jun was severely warned by the party and was removed from the post of office director. The cost of illegal meals is paid.

4. Li Yanzhong, deputy manager of Taiyuan Qingxu Co., Ltd. of Shanxi Coal Transportation and Marketing Group, held a large-scale wedding banquet for his son. On October 23 and November 1, 2015, in the process of organizing the marriage for his son, Li Yanzhong hosted two banquets for a total of 450 people and received a gift of 54750 yuan, including 22850 yuan from colleagues and management and service objects. After a study by the standing Committee of the Qingxu County discipline Inspection Commission on April 8, 2016, it was decided to give Li Yanzhong a serious warning within the party; Jia Jian, secretary of the general party branch who failed to perform his main responsibility, and Zhang Zhigang, head of discipline inspection work who failed to perform his supervision responsibility, were given a warning within the party respectively.

Article 40 The economic benefits obtained from disciplinary violations shall be confiscated or ordered to be returned.

For other benefits such as positions, titles, academic qualifications, degrees, awards, qualifications, etc. obtained from violations of discipline, the discipline inspection agency that undertakes the case or the discipline inspection agency at a higher level shall recommend relevant organizations, departments, and units to correct them in accordance with regulations.

Party members who are dealt with in accordance with the provisions of articles 35 and 36 of these regulations shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of this article.
