Typical case

1. Quzhou Longyou County Museum staff Qian Jimin illegally accepted banquets from management service objects and other issues.

On June 25, 2021, Qian Jimin illegally accepted a banquet set up by the winning bidder of the county museum exhibition project to thank him for providing bidding information, and the meal fee was 900 yuan paid by the other party. Qian Jimin also has other disciplinary problems. In September 2021, Qian Jimin was warned by the party and his disciplinary income was confiscated.

2. Ren Shanqin, former deputy secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the trade union of Xining production and investment group, was dismissed and demoted by the party's government affairs for illegal eating and drinking and accepting banquets from subordinates.

On May 9, 2023, Ren Shanqin arranged Zhang Moumou, deputy director of the operation and management department of the group company, to organize a total of 9 employees of the unit to have dinner and drink in the private restaurant on the grounds that the temporary exchange cadres were seen off. The inspection also found that Ren Shanqin illegally accepted banquets from subordinates from 2022 to 2023. In June 2023, Ren Shanqin was dismissed from the party's position and dismissed from government affairs, and was demoted from the company's senior executive deputy to the company's middle-level deputy. The relevant leading cadres and personnel of the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and Xining Production and Investment Group were respectively punished by party discipline and government affairs and organized treatment.

3. Zhoushan Putuo City Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. Vice Minister of Enterprise Development Li Minggui accepts the issue of management and service object banquets.

In the first half of 2021, Li Minggui received two banquets from the legal representative of a consulting engineering company limited; in June of the same year, he received a banquet from the business personnel of a project cost review center limited. The above two companies have business relations with Putuo City Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. In March 2022, Li Minggui received a serious warning from the party.

4. Xia Lingxiang, former party secretary and executive vice chairman of the Shishou City Federation of Trade Unions in Hubei Province, illegally accepted banquets and colorful entertainment in other provinces.

In March 2023, Yuan Moumou, deputy director of Shishou City Sports Federation (the second-level unit of Shishou City Culture and Tourism Bureau), thanked Xia Lingxiang for his promotion and care during his tenure as party secretary and director of the city's Culture and Tourism Bureau, and proposed to entertain Xia Lingxiang in Hunan to avoid supervision and inspection. Xia Lingxiang agreed. On March 25, Xia Lingxiang received a banquet arranged by Yuan Moumou at a villa in Huarong County, Yueyang City, Hunan Province, and had colorful entertainment before the meal. Xia Lingxiang also has other violations of discipline and law. In July 2023, Xia Lingxiang was expelled from the party and dismissed from government affairs, and relevant personnel were dealt with accordingly.

5. Lu Youhang, a staff member of the Regional Development Office of Pingyao Town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, illegally accepted management and banquets for service objects.

In February 2018, during his tenure as deputy director of the Five Water Office of the Pingyao Town Government, Lu Youhang received banquets from management and service objects, and consumed a total of about 1000 yuan. In addition, there are other violations of Lu Youhang. In December 2021, Lu Youhang was severely warned by the party and the proceeds of violation of discipline were confiscated.
