Article 3 Basic principles of information disclosure:

Strictly abide by laws, regulations and relevant regulations, establish and improve the company's information disclosure system, proceed from the company's actual situation, actively and steadily promote information disclosure work, and ensure that information disclosure has laws to follow, rules to follow, and is true, accurate, complete, and timely, Strictly protect the safety of state secrets and trade secrets.

Chapter IV Carriers, Forms and Procedures of Information Disclosure

Article 7 The Company shall, on the basis of compliance with laws and regulations, continuously improve the carriers and forms of information disclosure. The company's portal website, WeChat public number, US article and OA collaborative office system intranet homepage are the main carriers of information disclosure. The company's portal website is required to make links with superior units to enhance the timeliness and authority of information release.

Article 8 Forms of information disclosure:

(I) set up an information disclosure column on the company's portal website, update it regularly, and publish information in accordance with the information disclosure directory. (As the portal website is currently shared with the head office, the specific requirements of the head office shall prevail.)

(II) the company's official new media platform to cooperate with the release of the company's major information for public dissemination.

Article 9 in accordance with the requirements of "who forms, who is open, who is responsible", all departments and offices of the company shall provide information, which shall be made public on the company's official website, Wechat official account and other relevant media after being examined and approved by the information disclosure office and approved by the company's information disclosure leading group (team leader, deputy team leader and relevant team members). Among them, major matters shall be disclosed after being reported to the Party branch of the company for approval.

Article 10 The Information Disclosure Leading Group is responsible for the formulation and revision of the "Information Disclosure Catalog of Xi'an Aviation Investment Future Industry Development Group Co., Ltd.", and specifies the company's related matters related to disclosure work, which has been reviewed and approved by the relevant person in charge of the disclosure group.
