The project is divided into two phases. The first phase of the project is mainly the Tianji · Liyang Mansion (DK10) Exhibition Center: the second phase is planned to include commercial retail, brand catering, sky theme hotel, parent-child theme hotel, research apartment and other formats.

The "China Air Astronomy Research Base Double Center" project is located on the north side of Hangbo Avenue and the east side of Yingbin North Road in Yanliang District. It covers an area of 33 acres, with a total construction area of about 75000 square meters and a total investment of 0.7 billion yuan. It is planned to be completed and delivered on April 30, 2024. The project takes "the boat of the future" and "the wings of science and technology" as the design concept, and the architectural form is like a smart and lively flat boat, which represents that Fuyan New District is constantly riding the wind and waves on the vast sea. The facade of the building imitates the wings of birds with the lines of curved science and technology, symbolizing the determination of Fuyan New District to move forward and make progress towards the future with the aviation industry as the core and the youth vitality as the call.
