As the 10th national supercomputing (Xi'an) center in the country and the only national supercomputing (Xi'an) center in the northwest, it is known as the "strongest brain" in the central and western regions. it is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of big data, advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, life and health and other cutting-edge industries in our city. Xi 'an Aviation Investment has a wide range of business layout and numerous subordinate enterprise resources. We hope to find the right direction of cooperation with Xi 'an Supercomputing Center around the leadership of Party building and big data industry projects, so that "supercomputing" can empower the digital economy.

It is of great strategic significance to develop the digital economy and promote technological innovation. I hope to work with Xi'an Aviation Investment Corporation to focus on many industrial projects, work together to tap the potential, expand the direction of cooperation, and achieve win-win development.

Relying on the leading technology of the National Supercomputing Xi'an Center in the field of artificial intelligence and big data, we will build a benchmark for the national artificial intelligence innovation and development pilot zone. Through the artificial intelligence public computing platform, we will give full play to the advantages of talents and scientific research capabilities of Xi'an scientific research institutions, and jointly build an artificial intelligence computing center "based on Xi'an, facing the northwest, and radiating the belt and road initiative" to achieve common technologies, standard research, research and development of major scientific research and the transformation of achievements, and achieve the goals of industry-university-research collaboration and talent training.

The two sides will focus on the real economy, advanced manufacturing, precision medicine, big data industry and other fields, give full play to the scene effect, join hands to expand the business, form a multi-win situation, consolidate the solid foundation of the digital economy, drive the integration, application and development of regional "supercomputing + big data + artificial intelligence", and make greater contributions to the development of the digital economy.
